PS Yo Canadian homie, we, the former “Soviets”, don’t hate each other. This thing is between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. I’ll give you a brief history about what is wrong with some people who dislike each other. Kazakhstanis were always our neighbours but most of them were poor peasants in the past and we as Uzbeks were better-off. Some Uzbeks mistreated them and the Kazaks were jealous of us - this is when this antagonism started. Now that the Kazahks’ got richer by exporting oil from their vast territory, they finally started feeling pride in their national identity and still don’t like Uzbeks (Honestly, it’s a generalization to make yall understand). But, to the better or worse for them, Borat ruined it all. Now the whole world thinks they are like “I like sex” people
